Effective 24 July 2026. EasySites is operated from Australia ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using easysites.ws you agree to these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Token Terms and Network Owner Terms (together, "the Terms").
EasySites lets you build and host small websites on subdomains of easysites.ws, join networks, and use interactive features. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" — we do not guarantee uptime, data durability, or fitness for any particular purpose. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for your account, everything published under it, and keeping your password safe. One person per account. We may refuse, suspend or cancel accounts that break the Terms; where we cancel an account we will state a reason and retain your data for 30 days before deletion.
You own the content you create. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce, and display it solely to operate the service. You are solely responsible for your content and warrant that you have the rights to everything you publish, including anything you link to. EasySites hosts links, not files — content behind links you add remains entirely your responsibility.
New content may be automatically screened and human-reviewed. We may unpublish, quarantine, or remove content that we reasonably believe breaches the Acceptable Use Policy or the law, and may suspend or cancel repeat or serious offenders. We are a hosting service and do not pre-approve or endorse user content.
Paid plans bill monthly via Stripe until cancelled. Cancelling stops future charges; the current period runs to its end. Downgrading below your usage makes the excess read-only until it fits your plan. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) we disclaim all warranties, express or implied; (b) we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, loss of profits, data, goodwill or business; (c) our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of AUD $50 or the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in the Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law; where such rights apply, our liability is limited to re-supplying the service.
You indemnify us against claims, damages and costs (including legal fees) arising from your content, your sites, your networks, your games, or your breach of the Terms.
Sites on EasySites are created by users, not by us. Links lead to third-party content we do not control and do not endorse. Follow links at your own risk.
You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or cancel accounts for breach, risk, or legal necessity — with a stated reason and a 30-day data-retention window (immediate and without the window only where the law requires or the content poses serious harm).
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. If a clause is unenforceable, the rest stand. We may update the Terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-product notice, and continued use is acceptance.
