Acceptable Use Policy

Effective 24 July 2026. This policy applies to everything you publish, link to, or run on EasySites — pages, media links, guest book entries, notices, themes, surveys, games and anything else.

Never allowed

Content that sexualises minors in any way — this results in immediate cancellation and reporting to authorities.
Illegal content or content that facilitates illegal activity (fraud, malware, phishing, doxxing, trafficking, controlled-substance sales).
Credible threats, incitement to violence, or content celebrating serious harm.
Non-consensual intimate imagery, harassment campaigns, or targeted abuse.
Impersonation of people or organisations; deceptive scams; fake giveaways.
Malicious code, exploits, bot networks, or attempts to break the platform's isolation (including via games).
Spam: bulk unsolicited content, link farms, engagement manipulation, ranking schemes.
Content that infringes copyright or trademarks you don't own or license (see the Copyright Policy).

Restricted

Adult content: not permitted on EasySites — free hosting on a shared domain means one standard for everyone.
Regulated goods and services (gambling, alcohol, financial products, health claims): no sales or promotion.
Data collection: you may not use guest books, surveys or games to harvest personal data beyond what the feature shows the user it collects.

Enforcement

Automated screening + human review + user reports. Actions range from unpublishing a page to account cancellation, in proportion to severity and history. Formal warnings are recorded. Network owners are additionally responsible for moderating their networks (see Network Owner Terms). To report content, use the ▲ report link in any site's footer.
