Somewhere to make a small website by hand, the way people used to. You get an address, a page, and a set of pieces to put on it — text, pictures, a guest book, a hit counter, a webring. It is for a hobby, a fan page, a zine, a club, a portfolio. It is not a shop builder and it is not trying to be one.

No. You click a piece of text on your page and type. You drag the edge of a picture to resize it. Everything else is choices from a list.

If you do know HTML and CSS, there is a code editor underneath every text block and a stylesheet for the whole site. It tells you which tags each box keeps, and marks the ones it will remove, while you type.

whateveryouchoose.easysites.ws. You pick the first part when you make the site. It works straight away and it is secure (https) from the first minute.

Not yet. Every site is at name.easysites.ws today. We would rather say so plainly than let you sign up expecting it. If your own domain is the deciding factor, wait for us.

Yes. No card, no trial that quietly ends. You get 10 pages, one site and 50 pictures or links, and every feature the paid plans have. The paid plans buy room, not features.

Nothing is deleted, and your site does not go down. It stays published and visitors see it exactly as before.

You keep full use of it for seven days while you sort the card out. After that your site is still live and still readable, but you cannot edit it until the payment goes through. Pay and everything unlocks immediately.

Settings → Billing → Manage billing in your studio. That opens our payment provider's own page, where you can cancel, change card, or download receipts. You stay on the paid plan until the end of the period you already paid for, then drop to free.

Stripe. Your card details go straight to them and never touch our server — we hold a customer reference and nothing else.

You do. Our Terms say so in plain words: you own your content, and you give us only the permission we need to host it and show it to people.

Easy Sites holds links to pictures, not the picture files themselves. You paste the address of a picture and we remember it. There is also a small free library of public-domain images, and those we do host ourselves so they cannot change or vanish under you.

This matters for one reason: if a picture you linked to is deleted wherever it lives, it disappears from your page too. It is not lost from our side, because it was never on our side.

Yes, through the API — every page is stored as plain structured data and you (or an AI assistant with your key) can read all of it back. There is no one-click "download my site" button yet. If that matters to you, say so and it moves up the list.

The database is dumped every night and kept on the server. To be straight with you: those copies live on the same machine as the site, so they protect you from a mistake but not from losing the machine. Off-site copies are the next thing on our list, and until they exist we would rather you knew.

Embedded video and music from the usual places, yes. Your own JavaScript, no — not by default. Scripts are stripped from every site unless we deliberately switch them on for yours, because one person's script running on a *.easysites.ws address is a risk to everyone else's site on it.

The short version: nothing illegal, nothing that harasses somebody, nothing that pretends to be someone it is not, and nothing you do not have the right to publish. The full list is the Acceptable Use Policy, and it is short enough to actually read.

Delete it. Your guest book, your call — you can remove any entry, and you can set it so that nothing appears until you have approved it.

If a whole site is the problem rather than one comment, use the small ▲ report link at the bottom of it. Reports go to a person.

Yes, and it is built for that. Make a key in Settings, point your assistant at easysites.ws/mcp, and it can create pages, write them and publish them for you. It works on the same structure the editor does, so you can take over by hand at any point and nothing is lost in the handover.
