Network Owner Terms

Effective 24 July 2026. These additional terms apply when you run a paid network.

You run a community

You are responsible for moderating your network's areas — notice board, directory, challenges, games, and member conduct within your network. "I didn't see it" is not moderation.
Member caps follow your plan tier. Billing failures put the network in read-only grace, then offline.
Token allocations are inclusions of your subscription, not purchases; unused allocations don't roll into refunds.
You may not charge members money for network membership or access through the platform or around it while using EasySites' member systems.
You indemnify us for claims arising from your network's operation, promotions, challenges, and games.

We're the backstop

We may moderate, suspend, or remove anything in any network where the Acceptable Use Policy or the law requires, including the network itself. Cancelling a network account states a reason and honours the 30-day data window.
