We respond to valid copyright complaints. If you believe content on an easysites.ws site infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with: (1) the exact URL(s); (2) identification of the work infringed; (3) your contact details; (4) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised; (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act; (6) your physical or electronic signature.
On a valid notice we will remove or disable the content and notify the user, who may counter-notify. Repeat infringers' accounts are cancelled. Note that EasySites hosts links — where the material is hosted elsewhere, the complaint should also go to that host; we will remove the link.
